The worst customer service I have ever experience. The lady at the front desk had no manners, provided no solutions for a problem they created, worst of all, did no even apologize for having screwed our rental for a 10day trip.

ATTENTION this office carries out widespread fraudulent practices with the contracting of insurance and with fictitious damages to get all the money they can from each client. THEY HAVE several complaints for fraud and for STEALING customers' personal effects. DO NOT rent or rent anything with them, they are warned, I wish someone had warned me.

Excellent service, you pay what you consume for gasoline and the vehicle is ready at the agreed time.
