Three stars for being the only public library in the city. But it is a pity that a public library has this quality, ancient books (not in a good way), I better correct the term for books in total obsolescence. Very old computer equipment too. There are usually young people doing teamwork and (I presume) tasks. Friendly staff in charge.

Quiet, not many books although interesting, with WiFi, quite spacious, perfect for studying.
