The food and the service are ok but there are some details which are not: 1) more expensive comparing with what you get, 2) not space enough between the tables, 3) deserts not included in the buffet.

Meat was on point, fast service & friendly people. It was dead on a Saturday night for some reason but it made for a nice romantic ambient. It was so filling, if you're going to eat here seriously pace yourself and don't eat anything during the day to make room for this feast. Prices could improve.

Let's make it clear, the meat cuts are yummy!! The service is not slow and the waiters are nice. So far so good. However if you take kids and want to be served from the kids menu expect slow service. I think that's a bad idea because kids are always hungry first and can't stave off hunger as well as grown-ups. The place is pricey for México, so one would expect better service in that respect. As a parent, you want your kids to eat first, and that way you don't have to pay that much once they're full. And also kids are more chilled and let you enjoy your meal after they eat. The other reason for the four stars is that one of the meat cuts was served cold. Finally, you are expected to tip as part of the bill.
