McCarthy's Irish Pub

The service is too slow, my friends and I had sit ourselves. Once we sat down one of the waiter finally brought us some menus to the table. The service was really slow afterward.

First off the bat, never a good sign when the waitstaff is sitting and does not acknowledge your entrance. Second no Guinness. The music is way too loud, and they seem to only play 90's Grunge. The wings are microwaved and are nothing special. The burgers are average. Overall an ok place but other places near by are better.

New place (started a couple of weeks ago) with better rock live music than other "Irish pubs" in town since they do actually play some Irish rock here. It has a shared huge parking lot, wheelchair lift and entrances. There are these wings and beer combos at great price that are really attractive to customers. The waiters do not clean the tables often and take too long to respond when called, hence 4 stars only.

Alright pub, but playing grunt music? (Very loud as well), live music only played one song then went again. Not that Irish. Staff should visit Ireland once to get a better understanding of the term Irish Pub.

Good music, good food, a bit slow service.
