Encantada Tulum

If you wat a romantic getaway with your S.O. or a relaxing time away with friends this is the perfect place to stay! Let me start with the staff - they were so wonderful, took care of all of my questions/concerns before the trip and made the trip super magical while we were there. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a private dinner on the beach one night and they made it absolutely beautiful, also the food they served was gorgeous and so freaking delicious! We stayed in the beachfront upper ( but it wasn't available for the whole trip) so we moved to the garden view. All the rooms are the exact same on the inside so you won't go wrong with any but the beachfront upper was something else!! It was absolutely incredible, waking up to the view of the ocean overlooking from the balcony was unbeatable. The food and drinks were amazing!!!! Breakfast was included and they had so many options, they also offered different coffees, drinks and fresh juices. The private beach was so relaxing. The 20 minute massages included on the beach were also heaven. Honestly one of the best places we've ever stayed. We are definitely coming back. Thank you to the wonderful staff at Encantada for making this trip exceed any and all expectations!!

High Quality of vacation

Understandably so, my husband and I were nervous about traveling during the pandemic. However, we knew we needed a getaway after planning our wedding. We were SO thrilled to have found Encantada for our honeymoon. It is a small hotel, with only 8 rooms therefore the attention to detail was splendid. Since it was our honeymoon, we were surprised with champagne and roses on our bed upon arrival. The staff was very accommodating and accessible. Anything I needed was a text away. The food at the onsite restaurant, Nu was amazing. We were able to enjoy massages by the spa staff and the concierge helped us book a Mexican culinary experience through the hotel (I would 100% recommend). The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and the hotel is right on the beach. I very much recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a safe, authentic Tulum experience.

Great hotel! My husband and I are so happy that we chose this hotel for our stay in Tulum. Location is great (this area is on a quieter side, but is still close to all the shops and restaurants), beach is nice, staff is amazing and very attentive (Carlos is the best!!! Mini advise to the hotel - you should definitely give him a raise as he truly deserves it!!!), rooms are spacious and very clean. Food is typically served either from Nu or Itzik restaurants - very delicious! The only minor downsides were WiFi (we’ve been constantly kicked out and had to reconnect like 20 times a day) and the hair dryer - ladies, if you don’t want to burn your hair I suggest you bring your own. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely like to come back!

We stayed here in mid November 2020. Encantada was truly amazing and I cannot wait to return. The beauty of the resort and level of service was something I have never seen before. Staff did wear masks to follow covid precautions. The ability to text and request anything was such a treat. Only 8 suites which makes it quiet and private. Our servers were sooo great and friendly. Breakfast and coffee included. Their Resturant across the street had fantastic food. Massage on the ocean was great. They even brought me bread and tea when I wasn’t feeling well (during a storm!).
