The staff! Absolutely incredible, each and every person at Seaside works hard to provide the best 5 star experience for each guest. This resort goes above and beyond and they deliver on their promise. Regardless of level or how much you paid you are always treated as royalty. We have been coming to this area for over 5 years and these guys have stayed consistent with their quality, care and upkeep. You will not be disappointed to visit any of "Mr. Martin's" the guy that dreamed and executed his dream of building resorts and offering services that will always keep me coming back for more!

Absolutely NOT. Husband and I booked for our anniversary trip based on the reviews and pictures and were horrified once we arrived. Enough for us to check right back OUT and book an entirely new reservation. Were promised a 50% refund by resort, I signed paperwork with the front desk manager at the time, and were denied the refund three days later. We booked a private pool suite; on the golf cart ride to the room the driver told us the two other individuals on the golf cart with us had "tackled people from the golf cart" the previous day if this paints any picture of the other guests.... We got to the room and there were fingerprints all over the headboard and glass shower wall. The "private pool" was attached to several others from the balcony that was COVERED in bugs. Disgustingly so. I didn't even want to stand on the balcony based on the bug pool party outside the door. There was also an actual pool party (which we enjoy!) right outside the room- except it was obnoxious and music was blaring even with the doors shut. There was also a bleeding man sitting on the ground next to the pool party. WHAT?! We were gone within an hour and paid for a 5 night stay. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A 5 STAR RESORT. It was absolutely NOT. We moved to Valentin (another 5 star) and had an amazing time. And even extended the trip by 3 additional nights!

Very luxurious resort. There are several restaurants on site,. Seaside market has been our favorite with the buffet style breakfast. Rooms are very big with separate jacuzzi tub for 2, walkin shower, and toilet area. The beds are a super comfortable memory foam that are soft and allow for sleeplessness night. No expense seems to be spared on the room decor

We had a great week thanks to Tomas and Lisbeth. Tomas had our Bali bed reserved and ready for us each morning and Lisbeth never let our drinks go dry. They were both friendly and pleasant each day! Our concierge Ivan was very helpful in reserving our dinners each night. While we took the sales tour, knowing we were not going to buy in, Dolce was pleasant and did not pressure us. Her manager Gabriel, however, would not take no for an answer and finally we had to just leave. Dora at the spa made up for that unpleasantness. Dining at the Asian restaurant was the best, but sadly, the pub was the worst. There was not a lot of evening activities if you were not there as a group and we found ourselves calling it a night early each day. On the other hand it gave us a chance to enjoy the pool before the rude people who parked themselves there and blocked others from getting drinks appeared. Overall it was a great week!
