VERY BAD! They apply not mentioned extra costs for payment with credit card... CRAZY! They founds unexisting body damages when you return the car! Moreover they does not follow the instructions if you want to cover the damages by cash... maybe in order to have more money? I don't know, you decide... They does not communicate back, never! Personally my first and last experience with them, very very disappointing. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, BE CAREFUL.
