Because I make my reservation 1 week before when you check in they just told you I'm giving you your money back because we don't have rooms then why when you call they make the reservation if they don't have rooms? .I drieve 3 hours n I have to drive back home they ruin my trip because I don't find any other hotel to astay disponible

It was okey I guess, not as expensive as other hotels in Rosarito beach; never the less, the jacuzzi that they have inside the room it’s pathetic. Too small I guess! And also I found a cucaracha 🤣. For 2190 a night it’s too expensive.

I arrived to be informed they had no reservation for me even though I made it through Expedia. The manager was not there and she was new and didn't know what to do. After a few minutes she called the manager who told her to cancel my reservation, I informed her I needed a room to spend the night and she said they had no rooms but while I was calling other hotels for availability I saw a few couples arrive. I felt disrespected being there. They made this trip a complete disaster.

Parking not good and needs better cleaningness in bathrooms.
