Rosarito’s Local Bar, with two different dance floors in one youth music and the other Mexican folk music. They sell beer and alcoholic prepared drinks.

I've seen them rinse out the glasses with just water. They don't even use soap to wash off the nasty germs. Very unsanitary and they leave them out to try until they use them again.

Fun bar, the music could be less reggaeton, and rap, but cheap drinks and beer justify for it, overall a cool bar :-)
