I engaged Angie for one of her listed properties and she was extremely helpful. As an American I am used to real estate agents being very responsive and was a bit surprised that most other agents whom I tried to contact didn't meet this standard. I'm sure that this must be a bit of a cultural difference. Angie wasn't just responsive, but she patiently answered all my questions regarding moving to Mexico. She seems to know most everyone and this can be invaluable. Moving to another country can be filled with anxiety. I would strongly recommend working with someone who has a great deal of knowledge and is willing to impart it.

Terible! I was looking for a house but got a very strong sense of dishonesty from the couple that runs the business and chose to work with other realtors. Turns out I was right, I mentioned them to a friend in the area and he says they are well known for stealing from their clients and manipulating their reviews to get new ones. Beware! Trust your instincts and work with honest people instead.

Not an honest or ethical company and neither are their agents, Jovany Guzman. I would stay away from these guys and read their reviews Wish I had before working with them. A lot of good options down here but run from this company!

Friendly staff, everyone was very accommodating. Was able to find a nice rental for a very reasonable price.

Funny that you ask... you and Dave don't even remember I hired your services a few years ago. I rented from you in the south side in calle Bahia 6A and the same day I signed the contract giving you 3 months in advance you left me without electricity for over 3 months. I was assisted by neighbors because neither you not the rest of your staff cared enough to assist me in any way whatsoever. I got electrocuted many times because the unit was not in living conditions myself and my dogs were in constant danger.... I hired an electrician on my on expenses and the estimate was for 40000 pesos for RE wiring the entire unit i was encouraged to leave all my belongings because my life and my dogs life were on danger. You still have a brand new couch at that property that you never allowed me to retreave after I left in a hurry.
