UBER EATS

I've received two 30$ promotions from ubereats, for first time customers. After spending hours emailing and "attempting" to contact anyone that would actually respond, I gave up. Repeatedly they sent me texts from a site that would not accept replies. Yet they did absolutely nothing whatsoever to attempt to ameliorate the situation. I was told that my particular device could not be used. Hmmm...I have and Android Smartphone. Their customer service is non-existent and absolutely atrocious. Great service and hard worker couldnt ask for more.

You receive emails from the platform so you can go to the regional office and the data is out of date. I went 5 times and each time they told me that my application to be a collaborator was under review. The person who attended me was very formal to call me if my status changed. I suppose that with Everything from the pandemic, many things came together. It is very difficult for them to solve you quickly.

On Thursday I placed an order and I am missing half. At the restaurant they tell me to claim it from Uber that even though they are at fault they cannot do anything. I have sent 5 messages through the app and nobody answers. A shame Uber thank goodness that the restaurant has given us a solution.
