THE WORST RENTAL EXPERIENCE.DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! We made our reservation online and went to pick the car up the same day and they never turned the car over because we didnt have a credit card (we called the branch manager and were informed that there is an application for people who onky use credit cards) but the woman at the desk never informed us of this option. They simply charged our card and didnt ever turn the car over. We called and they said that they would 'investigate' they told us that they would return 180 dollars at first and then the full amount. Our bank refunded us the money but then 4 MONTHS LATER when the 'investigation' was over they charged 217 dollars once again to our bank account. We have been calling and sending emails wasting countless hours just to be told that a manager is unavailable. Hands down the worst rental experience of my life.

The staff doesn't understand English very well and they charged me the pesos amount in US Dollar by mistake and took WEEKS to get my money back. Save yourself a headache and rent from anybody else but Dollar Monterrey.

Although the rent was made in Hertz, for me it can be any landlord, as long as the cost and the best insurance options are attractive.

Very good attention from the entire team. Very good prices.
