Honestly not very good service, the only lady who was answering took the phone about 15 minutes to answer us. They lack staff and their facilities leave much to be desired, they look like a jonke with dirty cars in the open without any protection.

I rented with them requesting the car two days in advance. Unlike other more famous agencies that I contacted, in Star they were very quick to attend, they ask for few requirements, good prices, nice units and they had availability for such a short time, they did not put buts or obstacles, or ask for exorbitant deposits. The manager was very polite, friendly and answered all the doubts. I asked for delivery and search of the vehicle at home, super comfortable. The refund of the deposit was made within two days. At the time of renting the car in your office it took about 20-30 min.
