Terrible service, an Express Service is requested and the day that is indicated by the Company does not arrive, Each person who attends you by phone tells you their different versions of why your package does not arrive. In the end they do not solve anything for you and you do not receive your package by the scheduled date. Srs, do not sell Express Service if the Designated Delivery Time is not going to be met. And if there is a problem with the delivery, they should at least call the Customer to give an option to pick up the package at one of their Branches. At the End of the Day they don't solve anything.
