Sadly I cannot review the actual inside of the lounge as I didn't get that far. Your staff really need to learn what is and what is not accepted for entry or at least just say they will check if they are unsure rather than making things up. Sandra your welcoming person is the most unwelcoming person in the world. We know however there was a waiting list and that is fine if it is busy, but why she needs to see my boarding pass when I have LOUNGE KEY, which your reception even has a card saying they accept to then say loudly it is economy and only business class is accepted is beyond me. Worst customer service in Mexico.

This is for PRIORITY PASS users. The reason I am giving this lounge a 1 star is because we have been here for layovers and they always turn people away if it was packed or not because they say its reserved for business class. They tell you to wait outside and when you confront them about it they bring manager if the time and gives this elaborate explanation. When we went in the comfortable chairs weren't even occupied and we were told to sit in uncomfortable seats. We waited both times for at least 30 minutes with people entering and exiting continuously. The food and service inside is great it's just annoying when your trying to just relax between flights and chairs are open with reserve signs on them for the 2 hours we waited in the lounge, again in the uncomfortable chairs they had in the back. Just be aware PRIORITY PASS users before getting there. Please right reviews for others to understand as well.

The staff is awesome! No so much the environment at the lounge!

The service is great! They're super attentive. We had warm food brought to us on a special tray. A man in front of us was brought branded slippers. The lounge isn't much of a looker, but appearances can be deceiving. There's also a ice quiet area in the back.

Good service. One of the most comfortable lounges in Mexico City airport. Good attention and food. The staff makes a good effort to offer a pleasant stay.
