Took over a month and a half for my package to arrive. Last week, there was an update that the courier was on it's way home but he couldn't find the address. It was clearly lie given that I've warned security guard for over two that a package should be here but he hasn't seen anyone. Will go to office in the hope they haven't lost it. A REAL PAIN as it is an important package

~~ Update ~~ The postcards were received 384 days after they were mailed. Rating dropped to one star. Don’t bother. Although after the US postal delays in the 2020 election, who knows where the issue is. Original: Mailed several post cards on 15 Oct - will update when they arrive. The outdoor sign shown in other photos is gone. Look for a mail (box) truck outside. The place looks like a cross between a recycling facility and a laundromat gone awry. Guy at the counter was friendly enough. Several people in the lobby taping packages to send off. 11.50 to send a post card to the USA.

If you want to send a package to Europe from Cancun: this is the cheapest way to do it! For me it was not important to get my package as quickly as possible, because I was still for 2 weeks in Cancun. My package arrived in 35 days.

reedit: the postcards eventually arrived but it took almost 2 months! I’ve raised the rating from 1 to 3 stars. Don’t send postcards from here, they go straight in a draw and probably to the trash at the end of the day... the lady at the counter is not suited for the job, when we asked to send postcards to England, U.K. She printed a stamp for the Netherlands saying that it was the only place that she could sent them, we also sent post cards to Portugal and France none of them ever arrived. We’ve sent post cards a month later from El Salvador and they got to the origin straight away, shame on you Mail of Mexico!

I have been waiting over a month for my package and it has been sitting in Playa Del Carmen for over a week. The status says “With Courier for Delivery”. When I went to the office, the woman said “mañana”. When I tried to get her to inform the courier to simply drop the package off at the office, she said no. So here I wait. Don’t use this office. Use Fedex or DHL. Obviously they won’t care about this review.
