In contracting, everything is well told about the plant and giving you the position of a fast operator and already inside it is a pure lie, the operator assistants who were already had between 5 and 9 years of assistant earning the same as me when I entered as an assistant. And the operators are few and already have more than 15 years in the company, you have to wait for them to retire or that unfortunately someone dies to give you the position of operator .. all bad, payrolls, production bonuses etc. I left at 4 weeks just like everyone who enters.
