Steren Monterrey Santa Catarina

I share this experience that happened to me at the Santa Catarina branch, a battery was bought on sale for 36 pesos, of its own brand, it did not work. I take it to the store and they tell me that this is the battery I have as a sample, then they tell me that I practically wanted to scam the store. I told them that I went to the parent store that is 30 km away and bought them two packages, which if they worked and I indicated that I had no need to steal anything from them, later and after everything they told me sarcastically they show me a sign where it said that no refunds are made on batteries and end of story. I consider poor customer service and it is not noticed in the purchase, that in certain products of its own brand there is no guarantee, in any store in the USA they change the product without problems. And the most annoying thing in the story is that they told me a liar and thief for 36 pesos, being that to move to the nuance much more is spent than that money.

They serve very well only that suddenly they do not know things when you ask them about something and they say it does not exist but in general they are trained and friendly
