Bad customer service,long wait,not wheelchair accessible,dirty restroom and no a/c

Very good service and very fast, since it doesn't take long to cross the border. I have traveled from Monterrey to Oklahoma and from Oklahoma to Monterrey and very good service, because if the Bus does not go up to Oklahoma they have private service and they go and drop you to Oklahoma City.
