Nice small boutique hotel. Rooms are trendy and they have bluetooth connections to play music in the speakers mounted on the wall. Attached to a mall and seconds for a bar and fine dining depending on what you choose. A bit pricey compared to other amazing places I have stay in Monterrey but nice. Staff is amazing. Very nice and helpful.

He called the local police to try to incarcerate me. I was told I was getting two individual room with queen size beds when i only received a king size bed with a sofa. I had friends come over and was upset and tried to call the local police to incarcerate me. I was very disappointed I highly do not recommend this place to stay. I have worked for 15 yrs in customer service and never experienced this terrific situation. My friend has the video live of the situation, I don’t wish this upon anyone. I paid 4,800 pesos for one night.

This place is a joke The rooftop bar and Pool is why it got 3 stars. The rooms are all cheaply made and I almost got electrocuted from turning on the lamp by the bed. Called and Nothing was done about it

8th floor has a wonderful top roof bar ... one of my favorites

Nice minimalistic decoration. Great bed. A bit noisy. Customer service could be improved. Wonderful terrace and swimming pool.
