Awesome bike shop. Has a wide variety of biking items-for me the best part was their repair men. I was visiting Monterrey and I had a problem with my gears (they weren't shifting) I called them, drove up to the shop- and they fixed it immediately! The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly 😊

Very cool shop. You will find the entire Specialized range of both bicycles and accessories. As a comment, I think they can improve the customer service a bit.

Despite my attention, despite being a high fidelity customer for more than 10 years, I took my bike to service and they did not want to receive it, a very haughty saleswoman did not want to listen to me even when I told her that I was not urgent and what I did not want was having to go 2 laps, I regret having bought my bikes ....... the owners need to supervise the attitude of their employees
