Hertz Fashion Drive

I often rent cars from hertz fashion drive, I have always received excellent service from David and his team. I recommend 100%.

They didn't have the vehicle I reserved. I got a vehicle that smells like cigarette like non I've ever smelled before.

Terrible service and if I could put zero stars I would, no one could solve my reservation from four weeks ago. When I arrived they only told me that the vehicle I rented was not available because there were only two nationwide, they did not let me Rent their vehicles without their insurance which is optional. The supervisor is useless, they gave me no solution to anything, they blamed me as a consumer. They wanted to sell me something more expensive and another vehicle that I did not occupy since it was not suitable for my needs, they ruined my vacation and I do not recommend them at all !!!
