Rooms are fine and prices reasonable. The food is fairly pedestrian but I had an enormous portion, which would have been enough for two people. The breakfast was included in the price and was substantial, with a good selection of juices, etc . My only complaint is that the cook could not offer bacon and eggs, but there were any other kind of eggs you can think of. Room $1180 pesos a night. All in all very good value. It's in zone 5 if you're travelling from the airport, which costs 390 plus a further 45 if you use the autopista into town. 50 minutes to an hour from the airport to the hotel.

Good hotel for business travelers. With proximity to offices in Santa Maria, it's is very convenient. Rooms are spacious, good comfortable bed and clean ambience. Bathroom are clean with basic toiletries. In my room, TV and coffee machine had some issues. Reception and restaurant staff is courteous and helpful.

Just OK. Rooms could be a bit more clean. Beds are not comfy at all; both mattress and pillow are super soft, no support whatsoever. Parking lot is very dark.

Their was no hot water, the front desk did not answer so I had to run down stairs and the front person was in the back room, I had to call him. NO apologies or remedies were presented. The A/C buttons did not work, so I could not control room temperature. The hotel staff only said this all happened in a floor that had recently been remodeled and offered no other explanation or apology. The front desk said that the manager would email me to give an apology or something but never did. THIS WAS BY FAR MY WORST EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL IN ALL OF MEXICO. Because of all the these inconveniences we were late to a wedding we had.

TERRIBLE experience. Air Conditioning was constantly failing, the WiFi was terrible (weak signal and incredibly slow), and the buffet breakfast was severely lacking in both taste and variety (you could get something drastically better & cheaper walking out into the adjacent food court), the pool wasn't clean, the card keys uses for hotel access frequently failed and required reactivation, Elevators were out of service, Reception was understaffed and often had it's hands full making for long wait times, and the room service phone didn't work meaning every request and complaint had to be in person at ground floor. Worst part is, I did complain about most of this, but Reception's response was unapologetic, to just "deal with it" as it's due to repairs, and to send a useless technician who never solved anything. I ended up renting an Airbnb out of how bad this hotel was. Honestly I don't quite get how this is a 3 star hotel...This should be 2 stars at best. Rooms were pretty enough for a 3 star experience, but the overall service was atrocious and undeserving of it's 3 star status. Would not stay here again.
