Very bad service by a guard or in charge machines fail and the manager thinks that you do not do things well fix their machines well and then correct their employer that is the town thanks.

Gerardo Zamora, station staff refused to open the courtesy door to pass with my bike. Fortunately, I can lift it, but the regulations state that they must open this door to facilitate access. The formal complaint is already filed. Gentlemen, do your work well, please.
