Rent somewhere else. They will try to charge you a $2500 deposit unless you accept their additional insurance even if you bought your own. I rented somewhere else and the deposit was a reasonable $200.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They are 100% crooks. Do not use this company or buy from Expedia, Travelocity, orbitz or any other company. I pre paid for my RSVP for car -got off plane at 9:30 pm and it took me till 3:00am to get a car - (in Mexico City - )then they charged me $1029.00 for extra insurance and $2500.00 deposit for a POS car with one head light. Or course they never had the car I RSVP because they only have one of those cars - lmao, so they also charged me for an upgrade. (Because of course it’s my fault that they RSVP a car on their internet site- which confirmed the car was there.) anyways these people are crooks and because I was a woman they treated me like &$$$-) But all the men walked in and got great deals after they walked out back lol Do not use these people they Steal - cheat - lie!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

Horrible service. After reserving our car online at a lowerr rate the lady lied saying our card did not go through because she did not want to give us the car at a lower rate as stated online. We contacted or credit card to see why it was not going through and or credit card confirmed that they only had to enter our credit card numbers of that was the case. When we told the lady she claimed it wasn't working which was not true. Servicio pésame, le van a tratar de cobrar más de lo que dice el Internet y si no está de acuerdo la señora miente y dice que la tarjeta no funciona cuál no es verdad porque llamamos a la tarjeta y me dijeron que no hay ningún problema.

Terrible service. Car in bad shape. Missing one wiper. Car stopped running and they had suggested to fix it. I requested them to pick the car up and bring another unit. That said theta areive a 7 am. It is 8:30, st ill Waiting. And they don't answer the phone.

Kiosk is at door 8, terminal 1, first floor, at a FOX rental car, only a sign on the desk says ACE. Rude staff, impossible to find return location. They gave me a car that had been in an accident and fell apart during the trip. Hub caps fell off, we lost a few metal pieces from the bottom of the car, no idea what it was. The whole thing from start to finish was a disaster. I guess you get what you pay for. A headache. Also the phone numbers they gave me were incorrect.
