They usually do not have the information on hand. And it bothered me a lot that there have been two occasions now that two packages that took months to arrive in the country did not arrive, because no address, they say, was misspelled. But having my phone number on the package and my zip code. They don't do their best to complete their work well

Worse than lousy !! Today again I went for a package that they did not deliver to me and according to them it was already received. My package was "stolen" under the guise of being ordinary service. Previous post: My package was not delivered for "supposed" wrong address. I showed them that it was the right one, but they sent my package back anyway. Additionally, they made me wait a long time not to solve anything.
