Holiday Inn Express Mexico Reforma

Very impressed with this hotel. Adherence to all of the Covid protocols, making us feel safe.

Really liked staying here. I am a big fan of Holiday Express because they have everything that really matters (comfortable beds and pillows, blackout curtains, laundry machines etc) but everyone was really helpful and attentive. We were trying to figure out attractions were open or closed due to COVID and the staff made some inquiries for us because we couldn’t get clear info online. We stayed in room 209 and I think there might be a construction sight across the street but we weren’t disrupted at all by noise from that or from the street traffic either. Being next to the mall is very convenient! Being next to a Krispy Kreme is a little too convenient:)

I wish I could have liked it more! The location is good but the service was not the best. Especially from the receptionist that tried to over charge us for something we had already paid.

You cannot beat location if you're willing to put up with very poor service and the felling that no one is in charge. Looks are good but there's no heating, elevators are very slow. Not good if you're traveling on business.
