I would like to make a recognition to Ms. Guadalupe Hernandez. She is the receptionist of the hotel and, since the time I did the check-in till the time I checked out, she went out of her way to meet and exceed my expectations. She provided me a proper and well located room-I needed a silent room; arranged my breakfast to be delivered on time; helped me with information I required-including a copy of a personal document; and even understood the reason behind my late check-out. Due to the nature of my job I stay in different hotels around the world and I was delighted by Ms. Hernandez performance: energetic, enthusiastic, helpful, attentive to detail, and most important, empathetic. Moreover, the location, the cleanliness of the room, the overall staff and facilities are top notch. Thank you so much, Ms. Guadalupe Hernandez, I highly hope the company realizes the great value you provide to the company.

Good hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. Check in was fast and the best thing about it is that it's really close to a lot of stores as the building is inside of a mall. You hace a supermarket, movie theater and lots of restaurants at the same place. The staff was very kind and I'd totally come here next time.

Great rooms for great price

Great service and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and have decent amenities. Beds are comfortable and included extra blankets. There is a safe in the room and an iron. The included breakfast was good and had a decent variety. I didn't have any issues with noise as others have had.
