Visiting this telegraph is like visiting an office of the last century. They have not given maintenance, it leaks, it is dirty. The service is slow with computers that are worth more for old than for their technology.

The employees cater to you bad-tempered In the case of scholarships for high school students, they always ask you for more documentation that is not in the requirements, and they make new excuses for not attending you, really an unpleasant experience P.S. In other locations they only ask you what is specified and they give you the service without excuses
