The trip did not start off well, they will nickel and dime you as soon as you check in. I called over twice to confirm my reservation and that I was fully paid and each time the woman who answered the call said I was all set. When we arrived we were quickly informed that we had to pay another $300 plus a park entrance fee. I was there with my 4 girls and felt screwed over because I had already paid several hundred dollars for my tickets. On a positive note the Tour guides were great! I personally would never go back. I just advise to BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. If you have no issues paying a few hundred dollars more that expected than go for it. I want to purchase my pictures which are another $150 dollars but have heard terrible reviews on the quality, the website even states they cannot guarantee they will be sending you all the pictures taken. Not sure if I am willing to take the risk.
Great Beautiful place with wonderful service. Be aware they will not let you take pictures of anything throughout the park you only have to ability to buy their pictures which are fairly expensive. Also their transport back to town is often an hour or more late and they do not care, just plan on being there eight hours when you leave. This is for the supposed 5 hour trip. Abraham, Gus and Daniel were wonderful tour guides. The time they make you wait in between it to adventure is often an hour. Lots of waiting. But very beautiful unique experience at this park.
Today we had a blast at Wild Canyon. Not only do they have reasonable prices, their customer service goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, when I went to grab something out of my locker, my boyfriends wallet fell out and I didn't realize it until we got back from one of our activities. Luckily one of the employees noticed it on the floor and gave it back to us. My boyfriend realized there was money missing. The nice employees (I wish I asked for their names!!) went out of their way to watch at least 30 minutes of surveillance footage to see what happened. They found out another guest had found the wallet and taken the money. The employees confronted them, got our money back and escorted them off the property. THANK YOU!!! We are so grateful for all the employees that went out of their way to find the stolen money. They are a very honest and helpful staff. We will be back every time we come to Cabo. Thank you SO much for the hospitality.
We did the ziplining adventure tour and we had such a blast! Transportation was right on time going there and coming home. You do need to wear a mask during the transportation and in the main common area, but once on the tour itself, you can take it off. Once you arrive, you check in and can put down a $5 deposit for lockers (you get the money back at the end of the tour). The guides are all super patient and helpful and take their job very seriously in keeping you safe during the tour. You do a very small zip line at first to get the techniques down which is great to feel comfortable. We did get stuck a couple of times but it was no problem getting back up, although it did require a bit of a core workout. There are water refill stations at most of the stations. It is a good hike going up to the next stations but it felt good to be active. They do transport you in razors when the distance is far. After the tour, they leave about 30-40 minutes to enjoy at the bar, in the animal sanctuary where you can hold macaws and feed parakeets, go over the suspension bridge, or go in their water park. Overall, I would highly recommend this company for excursions and would not hesitate to book again!
They have everything there. Love all the experiences. We really had full Fun . The pictures they took are really professional but a little pricey . Be prepare with money if you going to use your camera and other services. I think is pricey but it worth it. Service was good.
