Lavandería burbuclean

The worst experience ever. We brought things on Saturday morning. They said pick up at 8 pm. We arrived on Sunday evening -not ready, Monday morning- not ready and finally Monday evening. Only the third time we could get our things back. Put in a bag messy. I asked to talk to manager, they turn backwards and walk away, I couldn’t leave a complaint. I don’t understand why should we take a car and drive extra 2 times so they say it’s not ready. 3 days delay! The worst communication and service. No respect to a customer! Who know how to contact manager let me know, I would love to talk to him/her!

Be careful in this laundry they charge you more, they do not use softener on clothes, and they charge you for the queen comforter as if it were a king! The worst experience!!

They were good. I wish that they would answer the calls for questions.

Cheap but returned laundry was barely cleaned and smelling. Slow service (1+ day)

White Clothes turned yellow, laundry delayed by 2 days without explanation or excuse.
