We tried here because was many people. I am not sure what is standard taco here, but my opinion ; compare with Ciudad de México , Queretaro , Cancun , San Miguel , La paz tacos, here is pretty dry meat, and not juicy. But I guess this is best taco (or close) I can get from Guanajuato so I will give them 4 stars.
