Best dental experience I’ve had (except the time I had nitrous oxide). Dr. Romero and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and it’s so much more affordable than across the border. And you can tour the Tecate brewery and have street tacos to top it off. Highly recommend.

We found Dr Romero and his staff to be professional, compassionate and bilingual. $5 to park on US side and an easy stroll past the city park to the office. Dr Romero has a group of specialists with gentle touch. If you need it, he will drive you to the border gate.If you’re lucky, he’ll take you to one of his lunch spots. A great experience! We've been to Mexico for dental services before in Tijuana and Mexicali, but it was so much easier to park, walk across the border right to the dental office in Tecate. It was also easy to cross back to the U.S. Not one person in line! Another good thing about Tecate is that there were no beggars and the town seemed very clean. The staff at Dental Tecate were wonderful, spoke perfect English, were kind and caring and professional. Dr. Romero was wonderful and spent a lot of time with my husband who needed two crowns replaced. He wanted to make the fit perfect and spent the time to make sure it was. We also got our teeth cleaned for a very reasonable price. The dental office was clean and state-of-the art. We will definitely use Dental Tecate as our go-to dentist from this point on and will happily recommend them to our friends!

Dr. Romero and his office group at Dental Tecate make every effort to ensure that their patients receive the best care and most current dental techniques. His medical team are all well-educated professionals. You know that your dental health is important to them. Dr. Romero took time to explain things to me and then make sure I was satisfied with the results, which I appreciated. He has been gracious with me, and his staff, Seleni and Perla, were very kind, too, in following up with me. Thank you!
