I first had Katún Gin august of 2018 and ever since it's been one of my favorite on the market. The complex flavors coalesce to produce a stimulating taste not to be forgotten. While I have never been to Yucatán, I'm encouraged to visit as I'm sure I'll be met with many more culinary delights. This gin really is the best! Thank you to the farmers, distillers, and distribution team, I can assure you their love has made it into the bottle. Cheers!
