A couple of days ago I went to your store as I had a project to restore a (functional) bicycle that was in poor condition due to time and neglect. My plan was to receive a quote for the restoration, and based on that (within my budget) to immediately begin the necessary repairs. Before continuing I would like to clarify that I did not know your store or its services, since I had never been presented with a project like this. Due to this emerging need, I researched online and found your establishment, immediately taking an interest in you due to the location, good ratings and references from people. Upon arriving at the store, both my companion and I addressed the person at the counter with a kind greeting. Then we asked the following question "Hello, good day, do you repair bicycles here?", To which the person at the counter, without answering the greeting, without turning to see us or at least maintaining eye contact, answered us disinterestedly "Yes". I did not take importance of the situation and tried to talk to him about my project, mentioning that "the bad conditions of the bicycle were due to having spent time outdoors", to which the person, without offering me any solution or help, and With a mocking / sarcastic tone he mentioned "A time? A long time!", continuing to give me a prejudiced diagnosis (without reviewing it and behind the counter), giving me costs of countless things, some of them still functional "of the service you I charge $ 250, from the chain that is already in poor condition $ 300, from the brakes that are no longer useful $ X (I don't remember the cost), from the tires that are already cracked $ 500, and if I'm going to change the tires also the cameras other $ X (I do not remember the cost, etc. ", ending with" easy are more than $ 1,500, the same and the only thing that works for you is the frame. Better put a little more in it and buy a new one ". Practically , the person was suggesting that I abandon my project, discard the bike cleta and buy a new one (the opposite of what I needed). It goes without saying that after not receiving good service or support for my needs, I kindly said goodbye, and left somewhat discouraged and with a terrible image of the establishment. From what I can see, it was only a bad moment in an establishment that provides good service, but unfortunately I had to experience the opposite, and due to this situation I do not think I will be interested in their services or recommend them again.
