Safe and fast package delivery process

It has a favorable central location to make the required shipments although the staff can be a bit intolerant

I have never had problems with the parcel. I always go to the office to pick up my packages. They are very punctual in their schedules. The service is good and there is speed at the time of delivery.

Slow attention and they respond reluctantly, they have alcohol gel but they don't tell you to use it. Something they have and or is advertised is that if you do not receive your UPS package, it arrives at the ESTAFETA branches, it is a good option because I cannot find a UPS office in Tlaxcala.
