I liked the place, the attention is good, the waiting time is zero, in some cases you wait a maximum of 8 minutes, I liked the personalized attention, in my case Miss Angelica who attended me, also did it outside of working hours. The only bad point of the branch is the lack of telephones, I do not know if it is due to the pandemic, the branch or both, but in this week that I went, there were none in stock. Hopefully this is resolved soon, just for that the 4-star rating.

Bad experience all the visits, or they treat you with disinterest or if you have a problem they do not solve anything, to pay it works or basic procedures

It is not totally to my liking, it is because it is the only one in Tlaxcala, I have gone to ask about new equipment models and they never have, I have processed a folio to acquire a new equipment but when they open only one executive attends and there are many people and That's why I have to go and not carry out my paperwork, but hey, maybe that situation only touches me, maybe I came at a bad time.
