The man working here is very rude and unhelpful. I stood at the counter for over 5 mins before he decided to help me. He knew I was there the whole time because I said hello. When I was asking questions about mailing a letter, he was very short and spoke so fast I could barely understand him. I decided not to mail my letter out here as he told me it would take one month to get where I wanted it to go. I sat next door at a restaurant to eat and I saw him slam down the metal door and walk off when there was clearly a girl who had been standing in line waiting to speak to him. She had to yell at him as he was walking off down the street and he briefly turned and gave here the “5 min” hand sign. Throughout the whole time I was eating at the restaurant next door, he had not shown back up. This was during the middle of the day during normal business hours keep in mind. If you can I would go some were else!

2 words : useless and lazy. Got completely ignored at first. Went back 3 times to send a simple letter and never got anywhere ("too late", "come back in 20 minutes I don't have time", "actually it's going to take two weeks, you sure you want to send this letter?". Clearly not trained for the job (and could not care less).

The guy working there is the worse. Very rude and then takes your money but never sends anything, zéro postcard arrived whereas we asked for advice and guy stamped himself...

Very unhelpful.

Very bad service, the worst branch in the whole country. The man in charge who is always there, takes care of you reluctantly, has everything messy, does not answer the phone, closes when he wants and also never gives you information about your package. The packages are lost (or they will be stolen) THEY NEVER ARRIVE AND YOU HAVE TO BE RETURNING THE PACKAGE.
