I had the most amazing stay at Hotelito Azul! My friend and I stayed for 3 days in the garden room and the service was impeccable! We were greeted with fresh pressed juices during check in, and given a personal tour around the hotel by the general manager Alex! He was so friendly and was always asking if there was anything we needed. For my friends birthday, Rafa (concierge) arranged a special bday treat, surprised decorated our room, and let the other staff know so everyone said happy birthday throughout our days!, Our rooftop bar drinks were amazing by Raul, and Alejandro was personable and knowledgeable about the unique gifts we took home from the lobby. Juana tended to our every need at the beachfront cabanas and it was truly a special experience. I would highly recommend and can't wait to go back!

First off, the hotel: Hotelito Azul is by far the nicest beachfront hotel I have seen in Tulum! I stayed at their Oceanfront Villas and was impressed with the architectural design, the rooms are spotless, soundproofed (they literally have double glass windows, hurricane proof!). The A/C is very powerful, mattresses with memory foam, 400 thread sheet (they’re just awesome!) Second, the staff: the General Manager Eduardo was very attentive to my stay since my arrival until check out. Their beach is so nice, cocktails, food...! There really wasn’t a need to even go anywhere else, service and meals were outstanding! I will definitely be coming back, thank you Hotelito Azul for such an amazing holiday!

I had the most incredible experience at Hotelito Azul for 7 nights. The entire staff was above and beyond throughout the entire stay. Isaac assisted at check in and made me laugh a lot, Rafael helped me many, many times throughout the stay and provided all the best recommendations. I was extremely grateful for his help. Alejandro hosted a mixology lesson for us at the bar and is such a sweetheart. The housekeeping staff always had big smiles on their faces and left the room spotless. There was a server on the rooftop that helped me when we needed assistance with a food allergy (I forget his name). The hotel itself has the best little beach area and I loved the rooftops so much. On our last day, we were leaving and the whole Hotelito Azul team was in the lobby saying goodbye to us .. I was so sad to leave and I am already planning our next trip back! Thank you for the amazing memories and for taking care of me and my family!

I am convince that if there is any positive review about this place it is paid for. Do not recommend. Hotel bed and towels were moist. Room smelled of mildew. WiFi was down my entire stay. Staff was unprofessional. Food was not tasty. Stray dogs roaming the beach and lounging on beach furniture. Anyone who inquires about my stay in Tulum, I always advise to stay elsewhere.

First class service from the moment we arrived at the hotel by the front desk staff. Room was clean and just like the pictures . All staff were courteous and friendly and made us feel at home . Make sure you check out the roof top bar, I’m sure you will run into Eduardo & Antonio who took extra time to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that we were having as much fun as possible . On my birthday a cake was sent to my room and the staff sang happy birthday to me . Not enough good things to say about my experience here . I will be back !!! Thank you so much Hotelito Azul and thank you to the great staff that made this stay extra special !!
