Pésimo servicio: mi paquete tardó un mes en llegar, el mismo estaba todo aplastado, por lo que se rompió el contenido de la caja, además de que abrieron mi paquete y rompieron unas bolsas,en la oficina son muy déspotas, interrumpen mientras uno habla, "trabajan" de mal humor, con geta y todo al aventón, tantita madre.

The same thing has happened to me as many people, they put the status that they have visited the home, but it is a lie, nobody visits the homes, I do not understand why they put it like that, one understands that perhaps there is a delay due to the current pandemic, but neither There is no one to let you know what happens with your package, as if that were not enough you can not request information since there is no one to answer the calls, until now I do not know if my package is lost or what to do since I can not obtain information nowhere is it a pity that they are not responsible for their service, very bad experience.
