They take hours to respond by phone, they never responded to me via Facebook, the delivery man did not deign to even ring the bell, and as if that were not enough, the only option they gave me was that they would send it again next week even though it already has quite a long delay

Terrible nefarious service van dosde that they cannot deliver a filthy package that is even small and marks one and they do not answer and even pick it up. Where can I file a complaint for this post office?

They never answer and make me rude that my packages do not arrive in time or in good condition, last time I received a package after days and it marked me that the sender was not there, samples I was in my yard waiting for the package, terrible service
