I took my motorcycle to the service from today to pick it up the next day, I spoke on the phone and they told me that at 5pm it was ready, I arrived at 5:30 and they still did not start it and they made me wait until 7 to bring it to me and I saw all the work they did to my unit, if there is supposed to be an established fee of $ 425 for all the service including spare parts and in the end they charged me $ 500, I paid them to avoid creating problems and for them to do the job well but it was bad and very abusive with the customer who does not see what they do to his motorcycle and you are paying a full service and I imagine that they do the same with the spark plugs, filters and other spare parts that are supposed to be replaced because they blow the air filters to clean them and put them back. If I had to rate your service I would give it a 6.

I took my motorcycle to service and I think they need to be clearer with the customers, to indicate clearly that it includes the service to our motorcycles.
