Bad service, we are treated as ignorant we have to beg for help and the ladies who are supposed to be there to help make or expedite the use of ATMs are only at the entrance (in my case I saw that they were 3 and of those 3 nor a he wanted to help anyone when it's his job) but that if they didn't take off from the entrance of the waiting room and were very comfortable throwing the gossip, and if you ask them of their very valuable help they just look you up and down, and they don't help you. Now I understood that how they see you, they treat you, but how bad for the staff Train your staff better, as these attitudes leave much to be desired, I would like you to tell me where I can file a complaint from your staff and really follow it, since these types of attitudes are not going to provide good customer service.

A procedure that was limited to 48 hours takes more than two weeks and they cannot resolve or bother to give us a call. Very bad. 👎

Bad service even missing minutes for closing if you are not a customer and they do not let you go since you have to arrive half an hour before you reach the card as in the raffles
