We ask for home service. The attention by phone was good and the young man was very patient. The pizzas arrived at 20 min hot and very tasty. Recommendable.

The operators are asleep, they take the order wrong and they say fix it .... I have been waiting for 3 hours for my order, the pizzas are fine, the staff not so much ... UPDATED Order 16:21 ... Report 17:41 ... delivery 20:57 It finally arrived ... Cold and without hunger ... Do not be silent. WHAT IS? Because that is why Zacatecas is one of the states with the worst customer service

Terrible service from the ladies who work there. They attend very reluctantly. They go several times that I wait to place my order and they take too long to attend to me because they are talking to each other and when I ask to be attended they treat me very badly. I feel like I'm in the imss to get taken care of. They are not at all friendly, much less friendly. I recommend you better place orders at home to avoid having to go through these troubles. Or go to another pizzeria, like chesse pizza for example. Richer and above all they always serve well.
