Terrible service, do not even think about sending parcels by that means, two packages delivered to whom and they do not give you an answer to recover them, since they are the only ones who can know who they were delivered to.

It is the worst parcel I have seen, the package I ordered, supposedly had a delivery deadline for Wednesday and since Tuesday it arrived in Zacatecas and nothing has advanced, it does not even mark that it is in transit

They literally don't want to pick up the package I want to send, I've been generating pickup sheets for 5 days and they don't come. I call them to seek help and they have the audacity to tell me that if they don't go through the package, then let me take it. lousy, I'll never use their services again.

Terrible service that he has, they did not deliver my package 😡 and I talk to him to see when he could deliver it to me and he does not answer me I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING😠

Too bad I can't put ZERO stars, my package was supposedly delivered at 11:40 at night to a person from Zacatecas (I'm in Fresnillo) I have sent many emails, called and they never respond. I chose to go personally and it is closed during business hours. THE WORST PACKAGE EVER.
