I normally don’t leave reviews but felt I needed to for this resort as we read some bad ones after booking. One of the main takeaways with us was the staff, they were so friendly and attentive. The wait staff and bar staff in particular were very accommodating. We didn’t have to wait long atal if we needed anything. Everything seemed very covid safe which was very important to us, you had to sanitize before entering the resort and every resteraunt and masks were required. Overall very positive vibes. The food at the Italian resteraunt was amazing We were so surprised at how good it was considering it was all included, even steak is included in the all inclusive pricing whereas I’ve been places where that would be an additional Cost. The buffet was also great every day, as was the snack bar across the street which is also included in the resort. My partner and I have never eaten more on a trip than we did here which is saying something! Overall would highly recommend this resort and would love to go back in the future.

Ok, where do I start? Upon arrival we were placed in a villa. Simply handed our keys but never explained where to actually find our room or that the villas were on the opposite side of the property. The place was very huge! Huge balcony, kitchen area had no fridge, half of the lights didnt work. The main lights in the bathroom and sink area didnt work and those were the most important. Waking up early and going to sleep late and having to take a shower in the dark was not fun. Food was ok but nothing to brag about. There was much more locals than tourists so we never felt like we fit in. Especially since most staff speaks Spanish and caters to their own first. Absolutely no wifi available in the villas and if you do go across to the mail area the wifi cuts in and out. We never ate at the hotel restaurant because they require reservations but every time we called they said they were booked. Overall, finding a different all inclusive hotel may be worth the money. I'd book at a different place in the future.

Very bad service. Workers following you telling you that you can’t be in that area. Very dark in hallways. I guess they want to save on light bill? No airport transportation😡

Everything from the Appetizers to the main course was awesome. They happily made substitutions based on diets or taste. The service was great. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Definitely not 5 stars but it’s a good resort. The buffet is good, with a little but of everything. The rooms are nice with couch sofas and full size beds. The A.C. Is also very nice. Staff here is very nice, they even welcome you with a drink at check in. The pool is nice and big with another pool section for adults only. Definitely recommend this resort especially since it’s all inclusive, but they can definitely improve on the furniture and at least provide WiFi to the rooms.
