My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the Plaza Pelicanos. The facility and rooms were very clean and well maintained. The buffet restaurant provided many items from which to choose. The staff was always available to provide excellent service and always with a positive attitude. We would like to especially acknowledge the staff in their special restaurant for evening dining. Servers Antonio, Ramon, Cesar, and Carlos were very professional and treated us as if we were VIP's - always providing us an exceptional dining experience. Sergio, the chef, designed a menu with a different ethnic theme each night that was always delicious. The Duck a l'orange on his French menu was wonderful. My boyfriend said it was the best he had ever had. This resort was a good value.

If anybody is trying to find good deals for hotels visit RoomBully. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Great people/ great service / awesome trip with my family/ clean rooms/ Julian our waiter was amazing! We had a great time and would book here again. Ocean access was so nice and easy for a family to enjoy a beach day. We will be back! Most people we met a resort had been there several times because service and hotel staff were great!

This hotel offers friendly and helpful staff who show real concern for their guests and their comfort. The pool is wonderful and they do their best to answer any questions. The buffet is abundant with food including fresh fruit and salads. Our omelletes were made to order and filled with veggies, meat and cheese of our choice. Our room was spotless every day and great to come to after a day of walking and going to the beach. I enjoyed a latte every day at the cafe and they offered a variety of snacks and fresh ice water. There was entertainment every evening at 9:00 and it was a great way to unwind. From my experience I recommend this hotel. It may not be a beach front location but the walk to the beach is 3 minutes. Great place to stay. Very relaxing atmosphere.

I paid for the all exclusive service and I really liked the attention I received from the staff, the room was spacious and in front of the pool. The food was also good from the buffet and they changed the menu every day which was good. The only thing I did not enjoy were the drinks, the alcohol quality and brands were cheap.
