Bad service I expected a shipment from 2019 and until now it still has not arrived I think they stole it themselves, because of how they attend I think they are capable of that and more, I do not recommend this package 😡

Terrible service and bad reception, neither customer service is good, they serve reluctantly and I don't even receive my packages, they leave them to chance, I literally prefer any other parcel because this one is lousy

Update ... lousy service. + -50 national and international shipments and none arrived, absolutely none, I have been waiting for months, it is not possible for packages from China to arrive faster than a national shipment. I believe that I will not hire this service again unless it is registered and that with many doubts. The new receptionist, a young lady in her 20s to 30s or so, is too condescending, better to quit than to serve badly. Good service. So far I have not had problems with shipments. The only downside is that they have changed address 2 times in + - a year. Hopefully if they do it again it won't be too far and it will last longer there

I have touched good service but they change and they change the premises now I will have to go to the center that is scary to walk through there pure pinch. I will have to change packages.

They don't answer the phone number ... I'm waiting for a shipment that doesn't appear on the tracking page
