No line the last visit though masks are mandatory still. What else can I say it's Costco, what's not to like?

Pizza was great and delicious, however the staff was not friendly and not attentive to customers. My pizzas were already done and still they made me wait another 10 mins after the initial 10 mins they said it would take. When I finally aproched service window to ask if my food was ready. They handed me the pizza boxes not even noticing my hot dog was missing. The male worker handed me the pizzas so fast n left I felt he was throwing them at me. Another male worker came by and I asked if he could hand me my hot dog. Then I female worker handed it to me, also in a rush without condiments n left towards the back. When I reached in to grab condiments I was repremended for grabbing the condiments myself. By another male worker. Well, if they were doing their job. I wouldn't of grabbed them. None of the employees ever said thank you at any point in time of my visit. 🙄😡☹️ I hope that the management team really does read the reviews we write. Something needs to be done. This isn't the first time this happens.

Really bad experience. My wife and I just came back to my mom house in Ensenada from Costco to tell her that I wasn't able to buy her groceries and essentials because I forgot my card in the US and my wife's card was only for her. The manager didn't care that I was using my mother's card to buy her stuff and she was on video call to show that was her. She is 70 years old and she is a member but the manager didn't care. He said "if she is the member she needs to come doesn't matter if she is in a medical bed" and supposedly they don't for safety but is not true the do it to buy more memberships. US should put sanctions yo tCostco mexico for bad attention to their clients.

Just like the one at home, but don't forget to bring your plastic card. They do not accept the card built into the Costco app. Customer Service will give you a Day Pass though. Good people

Excellent job keeping everything clean.. No matter how much people there are.. Everything it's clean, sanitized.and after I come back home never feel sick.. . And great prices..
