We were wandering around Ensenada and took a chance on this place. We sat outside where we had a view of a lamppost and a garbage can. The food was very good, but beware of pricing! The waiter will not hand you a menu with prices posted on it, and is very vague about what things cost. Several posts have expressed surprise at high prices which are revealed only when you receive the bill. We were told the tacos were one dollar. The fish taco was, but a very small lobster taco was seven dollars. The small plate of guacamole was $10. We did not ask ahead of time, and should have. Our lunch, which consisted of two tacos, chips and guacamole, a soda and a drink, came to $35. That would be rather pricey in the states, let alone in Mexico! Again, the food was good, but ask ahead of time to know the exact prices in detail so you know what you will be paying.

Absolutely disappointing! Brought in by one of the servers from off the street. Only 1 table was sat besides us and we waited quite a while to be asked about drink refills. Got the bill and it was over $20 more than the price of the food. The server told us that it was a 16% tax and it was only $10..... then proceeded to get defensive and said “ I’m not trying to rob you bro, but why didn’t you leave me a tip? It’s not required but come on” he was just rude and then proceeded to pocket the money we paid for our bill. Please do not fall into the trap that we did. The food was awful but I will say that the drinks were great. Only positive thing about this place

Overpriced place with small portions. Not worth it. Skip it. There is a better place one block from there. Cheaper and fresher.

The dude that is at the end of the sidewalk gets you all hyped up and into the restaurant because that's what he's paid to and he does a great job at it. I even received 2 free shots since it was birthday. Fish tacos are delicious there.
